She gives back by reminding others to take time for themselves. Sheri found healing in the arts, and is a mixed medium artist who works with texture, various medium, and embeds healing crystals. Featuring metallic accents, her pieces sparkle in the light. It is not uncommon for these paintings to change as the natural light shifts.

Sheri is inspired by the elements in nature, and paints from a place of deep emotional expression. She is known for her large paintings that are as large as 8 feet, and specializes in custom orders. Sheri currently resides in Calgary Alberta.
