Jacqueline Primeau

Jacqueline Primeau is a painter and poet who lives in Vancouver, BC. She paints landscapes and mixed-media paintings in an expressionistic, abstract /semi-abstract style. Her painting process is playful and exploratory. In her mixed-media paintings she uses acrylic paint and a variety of collage materials. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Concordia University in Montreal. Jacqueline identifies as Metis. She wants her paintings to be enigmatic and uplifting. She has exhibited her work at many of the Art Council galleries in BC and at the Federation of Canadian Artists gallery.
