Bruce Woycik

My formative years  were spent growing  up  in Prince  George, B.C. Having graduated from  Duchess  Park Secondary I attended  the University  of Victoria B.C. It was at a B.C.  festival  of the  arts in 1987 that one of the jurors was the late great  Doris Shadbolt who took  a keen  interest  in my work and became  my mentor.She opened  doors and introduced  me to Alan Wood who also became very influential in my development  as an artist. I have  created since, before  and after.
