Ariela Badenas

Ariela is a Vancouver-based photographer, originally from Manila, Philippines, who combines her love for science and art through film photography. Self-taught in analogue photography, she began treating it as an art and mindfulness practice, during which it became integral to her daily life. After a career in food safety and entrepreneurship, Ariela studied various monochrome print-making techniques and is now focusing on her creative practice.
