Yasmeen Nasser

Yasmeen Nasser is an Egyptian-Canadian visual artist based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from The American University in Cairo. Rather than limiting herself to a single subject, Yasmeen paints what she feels drawn to - places, flowers, everyday objects, and moments that spark a sense of beauty or connection. Through rich colour, light, and expressive brushwork, she aims to create paintings that invite viewers to pause, feel at home, and find joy in the ordinary.
