Susan Taylor
Susan Taylor draws her inspiration from nature and the world around us, usually expressed in ink and water media on paper.
For the True Colours show, however, she departs from her usual close look at flora and fauna to … boxes of chocolates! Why, one may well ask? As Susan notes, in this pandemic era, Forrest Gump’s memorable saying is most apropos - life is indeed like a box of chocolates, you ever know what you’ll get.
Susan is an Associate Member of the Federation of Canadian artists, and has operated the longest running gallery on Pender Island, the home-based Blood Star Gallery.
